We want to offer all our guests the best ballooning experience. This view extends to our booking process, there are a number of variables that need to be considered when scheduling flights and we want to make this process for all our guests as seamless as possible.

1. Check Flight availability calendar

Due to ballooning being highly weather dependant we publish scheduled flights in a 14 day window. This is to help ensure that our flights have a good probability of going ahead.

If you are looking to fly with us at a later date, you can contact us and we can pencil your preferred date into our long range flight plan. Should this date be flyable in your chosen region we will give priority to you or suggest alternative launch sites.

If we have a flight that already has a ‘flight for two’ booked, we often discount the final two slots – this is worth looking out for.

If you are looking to purchase this experience for someone else, you can do this via a gift voucher. Here you have the option to have something physical to give to them. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months.

Before we are able to take the skies we need some guest information to help us plan and ensure the flight is safe.

Once you have placed your booking you will receive your order confirmation, followed by the pre-flight information email, this is where you will be able to fill out the guest information form.

24 hours before your flight we will text you a link with your detailed flight information.

This will include the exact launch site, facilities, weather conditions, time of flight and important contact information. You will also be able to add this event directly into your calendar.

6. Fly with us

You are now ready to fly with us. On the day of your flight, your Pilot will be in direct contact with you with any updates should the weather change or you have any final questions you would like to ask.

Should for any reason your flight need to be cancelled we will work with you on rearranging the flight.
